I didn’t always know this was my path.

For years, I thought loving business and loving people were two separate things.

I'd been an accountant for decades—good with numbers, strategy, the mechanics of how businesses actually work. I understood profit and loss, cash flow, the boring-but-critical stuff that keeps the lights on.

And I also had this other side. I loved mindset work. I loved watching people have breakthroughs. I got certified as a coach over 20 years ago because I couldn't stop thinking about how our minds either propel us forward or keep us stuck.

And then I started noticing something.

Brilliant coaches and consultants—people with real expertise, genuine passion, and so much to offer—were struggling. Not because they weren't good enough. Not because they needed another certification.

They were stuck because they couldn't get clear.

Clear on what they were really offering.
Clear on who they wanted to be in their business.
Clear on how to move past the mental noise—the imposter syndrome, the "just one more course" syndrome, the fear that maybe they weren't ready yet.

I knew this struggle intimately because I'd lived it.

"After years of trying to figure it out, I finally woke up one day with the answer. It was like my mind had processed everything overnight, and suddenly I knew exactly what people needed — and how I could help."

THE TURNING POINT

That exhilarating moment when I knew what to do? It changed everything.

I finally understood what was keeping most coaches and consultants stuck. And more importantly, I knew how to help them get unstuck.

Because most business advice treats you like you're building a widget factory. Do these steps, follow this formula, scale this funnel. But coaches and consultants? You are different. You’re not selling widgets. You’re offering you — your expertise, your perspective, your ability to transform someone's life or business. This is much different than selling — and it requires something entirely unique.

It requires alignment. Strategy that actually fits who you are. Confidence that comes from clarity, not just positive thinking. A completely different view of how to build and run a business—one that most programs don't teach.

My unique background as an accountant gave me something most coaches don't have — an understanding of the business side of this world. I know what actually generates revenue, what's just noise, and how to build something sustainable.

But I also spent over 20 years training in coaching and psychology (I have a BA in psychology and I'm certified in both business and mindset coaching). I've worked with some of the most remarkable mentors in the industry. I've invested thousands of hours and significant money into becoming the best coach I possibly can be.

Not because I needed another credential.

Because I genuinely wanted to be able to help people see what actually works—after watching so much of what doesn't.

When I'm Not Working

You’ll find me with my family and friends—this is where I’m most alive. A great meal, real conversation, and people I love? That’s my kind of joy. There’s something about sharing stories around a table that makes life feel grounded and right.

Music moves me. Especially live concerts—there’s this electric pulse when everyone’s tuned into the same sound, the same feeling. I walk out of those moments recharged, like my soul just got a reset.

I work out to stay clear and strong—not obsessively, but intentionally. When I take care of my body, I show up better everywhere else. Focused. Energized. Ready.

And my kids and grandkids? They’re everything. Watching them grow into thoughtful, powerful humans who contribute to the world—that’s the kind of legacy that matters.

I’m always learning. Not chasing credentials, but collecting perspectives that make me better at life and business. Because for me, business isn’t separate from life—it’s woven into it. And when you build something that fits the life you actually want to live? That’s when everything clicks.

Here’s What I Believe

You don't need to shout louder to be heard.

You don't need to "niche down" until you're suffocating in a box that doesn't fit who you are.

You don't need to become someone else's version of success — the one who shows up on five platforms, dances for the algorithm, or builds funnels in their sleep.

You've already tried that. It didn't feel like you, did it?

Here's what you actually need:

Clarity. Not surface-level clarity. The deep kind — where you understand exactly what you're building and why it matters. The kind that stops you from second-guessing every decision because you finally know what you stand for.

Strategy. Real strategy based on how business actually works — how money flows, how clients buy, how sustainable growth happens. Not theory from someone who's never run a business like yours. Strategy that fits the way you think, work, and the life you want to build.

The right mindset. Not just think positive thoughts and it will manifest. (There’s so much more it than that)
But real tools to work through fear, doubt, and imposter syndrome. The confidence that comes from knowing who you are and what you bring — not from repeating affirmations you don't believe yet.

And here's what most people won't tell you:

You need someone who understands both the business mechanics AND the human side.

Most business coaches can't do the mindset work. Most mindset coaches don't understand business mechanics. Most programs give you one or the other—and then wonder why you're still stuck.

I bring both. And that combination is what actually moves the needle.

Here's what I'm building

I want to help every coach and consultant who has a vision for their business actually achieve it.

Not the watered-down version. Not the "I guess this is good enough" version.

The version where you have security, freedom, and genuine joy in what you've built.

Because I believe that's the foundation for a life that feels alive and inspiring. And I believe you don't have to sacrifice yourself, your values, or your sanity to get there.

You just need the right combination of strategy, clarity, and support.

That's what we build here—a business that's built with intention, alignment, and a foundation that actually fits who you are. Not who someone else thinks you should be.

So imagine this: What would it feel like to have a business that energizes you, builds your confidence, and moves you closer to the future you know you're meant to create—for yourself and those you're here to serve?

Let's explore what that could look like for your business.
